Virus Removal can be a tricky thing. There isn't one program that can act as a silver bullet for all situations. And even if you have a suite of ecellent software, you can still end up damaging your system by the very act of removing a virus. Viruses like to hide themselves inside important system files and critical restore files, so that when you remove them, not only will your system be broken, you'll be prevented from restoring your system to a healthy state. This is why I do a complete system backup for all virus removal. If you choose to attempt to fix your computer on your own, I implore you to do the same.
